Blue Point oysters are the common oyster from the Long Island sound. Harvested in both CT and NY, (Long Island Sound) they are a delicious treat for all to enjoy. Many people will eat them chilled and raw, but did you know that cooked oysters are just as good, if not better!? Pop open the shell, fill it with some garlic butter (mix chopped garlic into some cold butter) and bake or grill until cooked. Get creative, add whatever you like! You can also shuck the meat and dip it in flour for fried oysters! 12 pieces per order
