Our friends at Copps Island Oysters start by harvesting shellfish daily and hand-shuck these oysters in an FDA-certified packing room. By assembling them in small batches several times per week, they can ensure rapid inventory rotation. Each unit contains six oysters, ready to heat at 400F for 10-12 minutes, directly in the foil packaging.
