Grilled "Healthy-ish" Bang Bang Shrimp

Recipe Inspired by Skinny Taste Servings: 4 Total Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

• 1LB Large Raw Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined

• Black Pepper

• 5 TBSP Light Mayo

• 4 TBSP Scallions, Finely Chopped

• 3 TBSP Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

• 1TBSP Sriracha, or to taste



Recipe:

1. Combine mayo, scallions, sweet chili sauce & sriracha in a small bowl and set aside (We use about 2:1 ratio of mayo to chili sauce & sriracha to taste, feel free to mix it up and find what combo works best for you!)

2. Season shrimp with pepper & line ‘em up on some skewers (metal ones work best, or use wooden ones that have been soaked in water!) Toss those babies on a medium hot, lightly greased grill and cook about 3-4 min each side or until cooked through

3. Pull the shrimp off the grill & brush on as much or as little of that yummy sauce that you’d like and you’re ready to go 😋
